Data processed and purposes
We process the data you choose to communicate to us — for example name, email, telephone, dates of stay, number of guests and message content — to respond to requests, make proposals, manage reservations and fulfill obligations related to the stay.
The technical systems that host the site may also record security and operational data, such as IP address, time of request and browser type.
Legal basis and conservation
The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the interested party, on the execution of the contract, on legal obligations and, for the security of the site, on legitimate interest. The data is kept for the time necessary for the purpose and for any terms established by administrative and tax legislation.
External services
WhatsApp and email
The contact form does not send data to a site database: it prepares a message that you choose to forward via WhatsApp. Use of WhatsApp or your email service is subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers.
Amenitiz
Online booking is provided by Amenitiz. The embedded form is loaded only after consent to external content; if you open it in a new tab, the processing takes place directly on the Amenitiz service.
GitHub Pages
The site is published via GitHub Pages, which processes the technical data necessary to distribute and protect the pages.
Recipients and transfers
The data may be processed by technical suppliers and authorized professionals, limited to the services performed. Some suppliers may operate outside the European Economic Area by applying the guarantee instruments provided for by the legislation.
Your rights
